The Chodokhan Master is driven to perfect
his body, mind and spirit, but not for personal gain.
Rather, they believe that those who succeed in this arduous
journey will transcend the limits of mortality, and serve the
Lords of Heaven in their next life. Chodokan Masters are
drawn exclusively from the Dragon clan of Changshai, where they are
trained in the Idori school.
Most Chodokhan Masters train as monks, but
they can come from a variety of other traditions. When
encountered outside of a monastery, the Chodokhan Master is
usually on a journey of honor, sworn to achieve some important
goal.

(Int), Escape Artist (Dex), Heal (Wis), Jump (Str), Knowledge
(all) (Int), Listen (Wis) Perform (Cha), Profession (Wis),
Spellcraft (Int), Swim (Str), and Tumble (Dex).
Skill points at each level: 4+Int modifier.
Class Features:
All of the following are class features of the
Chodokhan Master prestige class:
Weapon and Armor: Chodokhan Masters
gain no additional weapon or armor proficiencies. They
suffer the same penalties for wearing armor that monks do.
Monk Abilities: A Chodokhan Master
has the unarmed damage, AC bonus, and speed of a monk with as many
levels as his Chodokhan Master levels plus his monk levels (if
any).
Open Mind: A Chodokhan Master gains a
+4 insight bonus into all Listen, Search and Spot checks.
Summon the Spirit: At 2nd level, a
Chodokhan Master can add +4 to any one ability score for a
duration of 1 hour per Chodokhan Master level, once per day.
Karmic Strike: A
Chodokhan Master can strike his opponent at the same instant his
opponent strikes him. The
Chodokhan Master can choose to make an immediate attack of
opportunity against an opponent that makes a successful melee
attack (including melee touch attacks) against him, but he makes
this attack at a -5 penalty to his base attack roll. The
Chodokhan Master cannot make more attacks of opportunity than he
is normally allowed in a round. The
Chodokhan Master can only use the Karmic Strike against an
opponent he threatens.
Leap of the Dragon: Once per day per
Chodokhan Master level, the
Chodokhan Master can make prodigious leaps, doubling his normal
jump distance.
Eye of the Dragon: The mind of the
Chodokhan Master is so focused, that he can sense the presence of
things the eye cannot see. This ability gives him Darkvision
30', and allows him to target invisible opponents within that
distance with a -3 penalty. It also gives him a +5 bonus to
Listen, Spot and Search checks against opponents who are hiding or
Moving Silently. This ability can be negated by great
amounts of noise (battle is not enough, but if the
Chodokhan Master fails a saving throw against a sonic attack, he
would lose this ability for a number of rounds equal to the level
of the attack).
Breath of the Dragon: When the
Chodokhan Master takes a full-round action to perform a
straight-line jump of no more than 30' distance, he may make a
single attack on every opponent within 5' of the line of jump,
with a -2 penalty.
