Har'keen (Ant-Men)

A hive-mind race of prodigious builders from another plane, the Har'keen seem to be an unstoppable force.

A. Har'keen are more likely to produce Military characters.
B. Sailing is utterly alien to the Har'keen.  They cannot build or use ships.
C. Har'keen can produce double the usual number of Field Forts in a given region.
