BAC: 3 FASHION DEFENSES: This spell temporarily increases the siege value of a fortress or city. Required Information: Name of targeted fortress or city. BAC: 9 (but takes effect from 1st AP) HEART OF THE REGION: This spell, if successfully cast, gives a bonus to a Leader's Admin rating. Required Information: Name and ID of targeted Leader. BAC: 3 (but takes effect from 1st AP) SMOOTH TONGUE: This spell, if successfully cast, gives a bonus to a Leader's Diplomacy rating. Required Information: Name and ID of targeted Leader. BAC: 3 SWIFT JOURNEY: This spell adds 2 AP per year to a single leader. This spell will fail if cast on any leader who commands troops during the turn. Required Information: Name and ID of targeted Leader. BAC: 3 (but takes effect from 1st AP) WILL OF THE EMPEROR: This spell, if successfully cast, gives a bonus to a King's Command Radius. | FOURTH LEVEL: DRAUGHT OF YOUTH: This spell, if successfully cast, will greatly increase the lifespan of a Leader. If unsuccessful, it may cause death or worse. Required Information: Name and ID of targeted Leader. BAC: 16 ELDRITCH CONSTRUCTION: This spell matches the amount, in both gold and NFP, spent on a megalithic construction in that turn. It can never contribute more than 25 gold and 12.5 NFP in a single turn, nor provide more than half of the cost of a megalithic construction. This spell can be cast only once per turn per nation. Required Information: Identify MC to be aided. BAC: 16 MASTER OF STRATEGY: This spell, if successfully cast, gives a bonus to a Leader's Combat rating. Required Information: Name and ID of targeted Leader. BAC: 4 (but takes effect from 1st AP) |

| SIXTH LEVEL: TERRAIN DEVASTATION: This spell decreases the maximum GpV of a single region. No region may have its maximum GpV decreased by more than -1 with this spell. Such regions will regain their lost maximum GpV in 100 years unless the spell is cast again. Required Information: Identify region to be transformed. BAC: 36 TERRAIN TRANSFORMATION: This spell improves the maximum GpV of a single region. The region must still be recolonized (at a cost of 15 Gp and 15 NFP) to achieve that maximum. No region may have its maximum GpV improved by more than +1 with this spell. Such regions will lose their increased maximum GpV in 100 years unless the spell is cast again. Required Information: Identify region to be transformed. BAC: 36 TIME STOP: This spell stops time for a single leader. Used out of battle, it can give that leader an additional 3 AP's per year (provided that he is not leading troops). Used in battle, it can give that leader time to study the battlefield and gain crucial insights into the flow of combat. Required Information: Name and ID of targeted Leader.
