FIRST LEVEL:

DAZE: This spell acts as an Ops Bonus for a single Intel or Assassin action.
Required Information: Identity of supported Intel or Assassin action.
BAC: 1

VOICE OF REASON: This spell increases the chance of success of a single Diplomacy action.
Required Information: Friendly leader name and ID.
BAC: 1

 

SECOND LEVEL:

MISDIRECTION: This spell causes a single leader to be less effective at his assigned tasks.
Required Information: Enemy leader name and location (Not necessary if enemy leader commands troops in conflict with friendly troops).
BAC: 4

SPREAD UNREST: This spell causes the inhabitants of a given region to question their leaders.
Required Information: Enemy region
BAC: 4

 

THIRD LEVEL:

SOW CONFUSION: This spell causes the orders given to a single enemy leader to become misunderstood.
Required Information: Enemy leader name and location
BAC: 9

VOICE OF COMPULSION: This spell increases the chance of success of a single Diplomacy action.
Required Information: Friendly leader name and ID.
BAC: 9

 

FOURTH LEVEL:

CRUSHING DESPAIR: This spell causes an enemy army to suffer a terrible blow to their morale.
Required Information: Identify enemy army.
BAC: 4

THRALLS: Decreases the likelihood that the peasants will rise up against the crushing poverty occasioned by increased tax rates.
BAC: 16

 

FIFTH LEVEL:

INCITEMENT: This spell causes enemy troops to question their orders, possibly mutinying against their commanders.
Required Information: Enemy army leader name and location
BAC: 5

SEEDS OF CONTEMPT: This spell causes an enemy leader to leave the service of his present nation.  This may cause unrest or even a dynastic failure.  
Required Information: Enemy leader name and location
BAC: 25

 

SIXTH LEVEL:

DOMINATION: This spell causes a leader to follow your commands. 
Required Information: Enemy leader name and location
BAC: 36 (but takes affect on first AP)

REVOLUTIONS: This spell causes enemy populations to question their leaders, possibly leading to civil unrest or even war.
Required Information: Enemy region within range.
BAC: 36
