FIRST LEVEL:

SILVER PALM: This spell increases the amount of gold taken in trade and taxes.
BAC: 1

SORCEROUS SERVANTS: If successful, this spell will add a small amount of public works to the targeted region.
Required Information: Identify targeted region.
BAC: 1

 

SECOND LEVEL:

NIGHTBREED: This spell summons a demonic assassin who then attempts to slay the target leader.  There is always a danger that the demon, if not properly controlled, will turn on the caster.  The caster must know the name and location of the target leader.
Required Information: Name and location of the target leader.
BAC: 4

SUMMON HORDE: This spell temporarily summons a unit of otherworldly creatures to aid the caster's army in battle.
Required Information: Army leader name and ID.
BAC: 4

 

THIRD LEVEL:

MASTER OF COIN: This spell increases the amount of gold taken in trade and taxes.

UNDINE'S FURY: This spell summons a powerful water elemental to aid the caster's navy in battle.
Required Information: Navy leader name and ID.
BAC: 3

TELEPORT: This spell teleports a named leader anywhere within Vatheria.
Required Information: Leader name and ID.
BAC: 9

 

FOURTH LEVEL:

DRAGON'S TEETH: This spell summons a unit of twenty heavy elite infantry who temporarily join the caster's army.
Required Information: Army leader name and ID.
BAC: 4

ELDRITCH BRIDGE: This spell creates a permanent bridge across any single river.  The spell requires the expenditure of gold equal to that required for building a bridge in that location, but requires only half the usual NFP.
Required Information: Regions to be connected by the bridge.
BAC: 16

MIRACULOUS WORKS: This spell summons public works.
Required Information: targeted city or region.
BAC: 16

 

FIFTH LEVEL:

CRY OF THE STORM: This spell summons mighty storm giants.  If successful, these huge beings will savagely assault the enemy army.
Required Information: Army leader name and ID.
BAC: 5

GATEWAY: This spell will teleport troops (QR*6) and any number of leaders to any region in range (so long as all troops and leaders are in range and in the same region when the spell is cast).  
Required Information: Leader names and IDs, troops to be sent.
BAC: 5

MIGHTY HANDS OF MORDHAL: This spell creates or adds a level to a city.  It requires the expenditure of gold equal to that normally required for a city or city level in the target location, but costs only half the usual NFP.
Required Information: Location of city
BAC: 25

SORCERER'S ROAD: This spell will create a postal road between two adjacent regions.  The spell requires the expenditure of gold equal to that required for building a postal road in that location, but requires only half the usual NFP.
Required Information: Location of road.
BAC: 25

 

SIXTH LEVEL:

AWAKEN THE SERPENT: This spell summons a mighty dragon to fight with a friendly army.  Of course, dragons are dangerous to friend and foe alike...
Required Information: Army leader name and ID.
BAC: 6

GENESIS: This spell creates an entire island.
Required Information: Identify sea zone where island to be created.
BAC: Full Turn
