Characters
The Basics -

Theeurth characters are generated using the method found on p. 7 of the Player's Handbook: Roll 4d6 six times and drop the lowest die of each roll.  Players may assign the scores to whichever characteristics they desire.

Rerolls are allowed if the total modifiers are 0 or less, or none of your ability scores are above 13.  Any reroll must include a rerolling of all six scores.

Races -

Theeurth characters are normally human, but may come from any of the following races: dwarf, halfling, half-orc, human, gnome.  For reasons of game flavor, no elves or half-elves are permitted.  For more information on Theeurth's races, click here.

I may be open to running PCs of non-standard races, if you come up with a good enough concept.  Be prepared to accept the consequences of your choice, however.

Geographic Region -

Most of the player characters will be from the nation in which the campaign is set.   You can choose to have your character be from any of Theeurth's nations, but you must explain why the character is in the campaign nation.

Level -

New players start with characters one level below the average party level.
